You should call them and ask where it is. They might require you to go and pick it up though.

if you ordered online, they e-mail you. if not, then you go in and get a card with a code on the back whick you enter into xboxlive to download.
it takes 2 and a hlf hrs

2 and a half hours??? Mine took maybe 10 minutes. Thats pretty ridiculious.
