sv_downloadurl not functioning

[endocine]

My sv_downloadurl is not working on my linux server, though I have the cvar enabled in the server.cfg. its showing up as "0" when i list cvars instead of my web site.

I tried a bunch of stuff listed in the other posts, but cant even change the cvar manually.


any ideas?
