Co-op

My friend is thinking of getting this game, though he's uncertain how co-op is played. Does this game supports multiplayer co-op or is it simply 2nd player takes control of 2nd character, playing on the same machine? Thanks in advance!

it's just two gamepads on one computer. no multiplayer co-op over internet. which is a little bit sad..

As said, only 2-player co-op on one machine for PC gamers.

The console versions have online multiplayer though, and confusingly, the backside of the cover sleeve of the PC version still mentions this, although it was cut.

So do they have any plans to add in online co-op or are they just going to leave it like this?
