EU or US client of League of Legends?

Hi there, I was wondering, do we get the European client or the US one with the Steam store?

Why not just get the client from the website and add it to your steam game list as a non s team game ?

Well, I'd simply like to know what I would buy if I bought the Steam version of LoL

I bought it some minutes ago (from Germany).
Started the installation to get my CD key and I was able to use it on the EU shop of LoL. So I assume it's the EU version. As I don't believe they allow you to pay once and then use the same key in both US and EU. ;)

Thanks for the clarification on that Smaxx. In that case I wont be buying. Refuse to support a GOA product which as usual is behind the US version with updates and whatnot.

From what I can see GOA arn't doing badly with this release. Couple of days left at sale price so need to decide whether to push the button :)

Actually GoA screwed up a lot of things, check out lol-europe.com's forums, you'll see. (There was a point when EU client was 2, almost 3 patches behind the US one, for example)

As far as I know when you buy it on the EU Steam stores you get the EU client, if you buy it on the US steam store you get the US client...

That being said I am not at all sure :P

League of Legends isn't being sold on US or AU Steam. I have no idea why.
