Any one tried new engine? (v14) maybe cpu load is optimized a little bit?

The latest one I'm seeing is v13 and no I have not seen any less CPU usage. If Valve were to lower the CPU usage I'm sure they would let us all know, as it seems that is the most demanded issue. Simply put, I think the main problem with HLDS is that the engine is just too old. To optimize it they'd probably have to reprogram ALOT of it. Why go through that with CS:S and HL2 coming out soon?
