I was just playing the demo to this game and I really enjoy the depth and tactical gameplay. I will most likely buy it even though I do not see anyone playing this online. This is unfortunate since this game deserves at least a small active community. It kind of reminds me of a mix of starfleet command and..some other games I can't think of.
Anywhays, to the devs if you still read this. Make this game $1.99 for a week or something, get it out as a tactical strategy game to the right audience and maybe the community can grow some and give it some life. It deserves it.
thanks for making a good game regardless, I will purchase it,

Ok so I managed to find some people to play online with today and the game was very fun, but challenging. Still needs more players, obviously. Make it cheaper even is my suggestion.

I take it the game is actually good, but there is no community support anymore? It's a shame. I don't want to buy a primarily multiplayer game with no online games going on. Sad. :(

The online community has actually been coming back recently due to the Steam sales. There's not a lot of players, but the numbers are growing.

I'd still buy it, because if you buy it then others will buy it and then there will be more players! :D
Anyways, all you have to do it join one of our (many) TSHB groups/clans here on the steam community and see when everyone gets on. If others do the same, then it'll be easy to find games with other people, and so forth.
There is also the server list here:

I'm usually watching to see if anyone is on, and will always be happy to join a game!
See you there

There needs to be more people playing this. This game is so awesome! Back when it first came out there wasn't a server that wasn't full. Back then it was way fun with so many people in dm and team dm. Also I'm really close to getting one of those uber ships so there needs to be more people on for me to get enough credits to buy it

I think what happened is a majority of the fans lost interest. Its a fun game, but a simple almost arcade game. I think gamers for the most part are looking for more advanced strategy games than this, like the RTS.
I played this for a little while when the servers were full too. But I also remember the team balancing was quite a mess at times, and every server you joined the first time you played, they expected you to be a pro. People would get kicked for making minor mistakes, etc. At least from my experience. Probably because most of the servers were clan based. Seems funny though that active clans would all just suddenly die off.

I really liked most things about this game, but the invisible chassis killed it for me, I wanted to spin shots and angle wallbounces, attack and defend, not play hide and seek with 2-3 invisible players each match.

I really loved this game when it first came out. It's sad there is barely and active community anymore. I think it was one of the first games I bought on steam.

Games community has been dead a while.
Its a shame tho because the game was omgwtf fun back in the day.
I think one of the worst parts of it is that there was never an officially released soundtrack...IMO it rivals Frozen Synapse in its awesomeness and I would of bought it straight up.
Some of the game tracks are fantastic.
