Hi,
Where should I start gaming in the Star Wars Premier Pack?
There are so many games and I dont know if there is a timeline/best practice "end" to start in? I see all the games where released in 2009

heh they are alot older than 2009, that's just the release date on Steam, not when the game was made.
IMO the best game of the bunch is Knights of the Old Republic, one of the greatest RPG's of all time. if FPS is more your thing then go for Republic Commando or Battlefront II. if you want to get straight into the Jedi action then go with Jedi Outcast or Academy.
the only games in the pack that have a continuing story is the Jedi Knight series. i never played any before Jedi Outcast, but the older ones look quite dated now so if that bothers you i'd just start with Outcast aswell.

Why Star Wars Galaxies of course! lol just kidding that game died years ago.
KOTOR, Jedi Academy, an Battlefront 2 are the good games of the pack IMO. Granted I have not played the older Jedi Knights.

They're all fantastic games (except SWG, don't bother installing it), you really can't go wrong. KOTOR is probably considered the best of the bunch though. Such a great game.

If you're interested in following the story of the Jedi Knight Series or playing in chronological order:
Dark Forces (1995)
Dark Forces 2 (1997)
Mysteries of the Sith (1998)(DF2 Expansion)
Jedi Outcast (2002)
Jedi Academy (2003)
Can't wait to see KOTOR 2 on Steam :).
Not gonna be trying Galaxies either.
