Since RA3 is the newest game and C&C 4 is being released in a few months, go with RA3 because the community will last longer.

Also, RA3 is selling like cookies, it already took #1 spot on Steam's top sales of the day in just a few hours, so there aren't many people buying C&C3 anyway, and with the release of the 4th game no one will be playing C&C3 a year from now.

Tiberium Wars - Better Single Player

Kane's Wrath - Better Multiplayer, more variety of subfactions and units to choose from. Multiplayer is more active than Tib Wars last time I checked.

Red Alert 3 - If you liked CC3, chances are you will not like RA3. If you have not tried CC3, chances are you will like it.

Tiberium Twilight - This upcoming 4th installment has entirely different gameplay elements, therefore it should not influence your decision in getting Tib Wars or Kane's Wrath.

So I take it Kane's Wrath and C&C3 have separate multiplayer, not merged communities correct?

C&C3 is the only way to go. KW made the game worse, not better. No base building in C&C4 = garbage.

go for CnC 3, but dont buy Kanes Wrath :)

CNC3 uses one of the worst online engines. It lags a lot, you won't be expecting to be play effectively.
