Does anyone know the power input to a HP Pavillion Slimline s7600n PC? Like X Watts goes into the computer itself?

How much power the computer actually uses is not specified, however considering the low power CPU and integrated graphics, it probably consumes somewhere around 100W to 150W from the wall outlet, give or take.

If you want to find out exactly, there's these things called "Kill-A-Watt" meters that you can buy cheaply at many hardware stores. You plug it into the outlet and plug the computer into it, and it tells you exactly how much power it's using. They're really handy to have.
