Now, i've never known, noticed, or cared about 16-32-64bit whatever in games. To be honest, it usually doesnt mean anything substantial.
ZOMG Nintendo 64, it has like, 4 times the bits!
However, after seeing this game on my own monitor, and especially with that sleek smooth organic-looking pinkish arrow-shaped alien ship.. Just.. Wow..

The way that light and the HDR interacts on the surface of that ship (and with the nebula backgrounds), is the most amazing HDR or lighting effects period, i've ever seen in ANY game. By far.
It almost looks like real-time sub-surface scattering. ♥♥♥♥ing amazing.
Too bad the gameplay of this game itself is almost nonexistant :)
Maby they can use this graphics engine for a new game.
