Loading Crash Warehouse

I installed the unofficial patch on my vtmb, but I still receive a ton of loading screen crashes. Usually I can just restart and it will load the area next time I try. After you find Bertrum Tung he's suppose to take you to the warehouse. I'm never able to get past this point. I've tried over and over to load the warehouse.
If anyone has found a solution please tell me. I'm having a lot of fun with this game but I've came to a road block.

video: ATI Radeon HD 5870
pro: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
ram: 4gb
OS: Win 7 Pro 64bit

This is the only game I want to play right now. I still can't figure out a work around though.

Have you listened to game music or sounds with the Windows Media Player?

nope haven't listened to any. I've seen that problem before. All of Bertrum's dialogue works great. It just crashes at the loading screen. Would there be other ways of corrupting the dialogue lines? Anti-virus scanning them maybe. Funny thing is I've loaded sm_warehouse_1 through the console.

Has anyone fixed this problem yet? I really want to keep playing :(

After I format my computer, I reinstalled the game. It finally loaded the warehouse this time. I have no idea what the problem was.
