Is there a way to get my money back for the preorder of Battlefield bad company 2? i think i read that you can as long as you do it before the acutual game comes out but idk how. Can someone help me out? I wanna pre order AVP3 instead.

You can definitely seek a refund for your pre-order. Send a ticket to Steam support about this.
