you have a IGP which is pretty awful for gaming, if you do NOT have the option of upgrading to a newer card then set everything to low, and the resolution as well. set that as your baseline and start tweaking your way up to the perfect balance of playability and good looks (aim for a constant 30 fps) download fraps @ www.fraps.com to monitor frame rate

if you do upgrade, I would recommend a minimum of a Geforce 9600 GT or ATI 4850
