DiRT 2 CD key was already used and i cant use it.

ok, i bought the game and when i downloaded it, steam gave me a CD key for multiplayer... when i tried to use it on my GFWL account, it said that the key has already been used on another GFWL account... what is this??? i have never registered that CD key and it says that it is already registered. so i contacted steam support like 1-2 weeks ago and they never repsonded. how do i get the to contact me about this. Does anyone have any ideas. think you

This should be a GFWL issue not a Steam issue. I would recommend emailing GFWL or even better calling them. Here is their info:
