Another support ticket guy

Just got an email to my hotmail account (it is listed on my forum profile):

Hi !
I am member of steam and my steam acount has stolen.
There is link on my problem (nobody helps me)

The link really does lead to the support section.
Obviously noone but the guy who sent it can see the actual ticket.
I am sure support will answer him, but the fact that i was emailed is a bit ridiculous. I am not even a mod here!

Diox-X, if you are out there, make sure you get your support via proper channels. Hopefully others who had their account hijacked would stick to it as well

There's a feature called 'reply' that can be used with emails.

ester, he's not a member of the forums. At least, not under the name of DioX-X gg.
he most likely came across a thread that you were helping someone with & found your email in your profile & fired one off.

I now & then get MSN messages from users looking for help.
