It got removed, it happens sometimes. The Movies, for example, was removed ages ago. The silly thing is, I can't find any official sources for information about the game, and as far as I can tell, unlike the original game, Extreme is not available anywhere else either.

Sometimes they run out of copies (yeah it happens even on digital versions). They run out of keys or the developer pulls it out of the store. but now it's back! let's rejoice! :P
