Welcome Screen and Freeze Refresh SOLUTION

Hy guys, after 2 mounths without playing because my steam games got some crash issues after the update, i got here now the solution for 2 problems that i got and ill pass to u guys that having the same prob.

Welcome Screen Crash:

After joing any sv from css, dod or tf2 the game freeze, and its some bug that hapened on the steam folder

FIX:

regedit > HK_CURRENT_USER > Valve > Steam (delete "Steam" folder)

u should have the folders Source and Half Life remaining

restart steam and for me, the prob was solved, no more welcome server crash xD

Steam/config > open MarterServers with Notepad, substitute the content for this:
