Hi, just bought FUC and and when i try to run it tries to start saying "preparing for launch" or sumthing but nothing happens? whats wrong? have tried to reinstall and reboot

Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\flatout ultimate carnage\support

Then click on the XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00 setup and it should work.
