Earlier, I bought the origional Half life

I kept the reciept code, and everything,

The problem is I forgot to download it because it would say it would be in my games folder!

I exited and re-entered Steam because it didn't show up

Now what do I do?

No, only you and the support tech can see support tickets.

If you put in your password / credit card I assume its safe, but I would remove that information until he asks for it.

Im sure theres an edit button some where on the ticket.
