I have a feeling that it will come on Oct 2010, for $49.99. and you may get a free copy of Fallout 3 (regular one, not the GOTY) when you preorder.

All I known is if Valve dont get the DLC rights first, i wont buy it until the made the GOTY edition, i wont buy it twice to have all the DLC. (im not in a supported WL zone, so i cant buy those fron microsoft). Fool me once, shame on you... ... ... :D
