How many gun and rifle racks do I need?

I'm wondering if there is a limit to how many guns and rifles each gun and rifle rack holds, in other words if I have 100 regular construction type minions, how many gun racks would I need to arm them all?

Or are gun and rifle racks infinite and I only need one of each to arm the entire population of armable minions?

In my current base I am always on yellow and kill nearly all agents and tourists (on easy...) so I *do* need a gun for everyone.

I am not sure about the real data, but at least the gui shows very quick empty racks.
I wanted to be smart and removed the empty ones and bought new ones. The new ones were empty too.

So I think it is not just a gui thing but the racks get really empty.

i want to say 5 or 10 per rack. Its one of the two. best way to find out is to just count the number of minions that are able to get a gun from it.

Its 10 pistols per rack for workers, 10 rifles per rack for guards and 10 heavy rifles per rack for mercenaries.

Flame-throwers only has 1 per rack for mercenaries.
Also flame thrower racks cost 10 energy for some reason in my version. :s

hi, new to the forums, played evil genius (4 years with full version, still havent finished, Damn john steele) ive noticed several questions and ideas about weapons, so, i have an unmodded game and have tested the gun racks extensivly.
Pistol Racks: Number of weapons held: infinate (the last pistol can be picked up infinate times)
Rifle Rack: Number of Weapons Held: 15 (last gun picked up 5 times) NOTE: there has been an incident once were a guard picked up a rifle from one rack, and a gun from another rack vanished
Heavy Machine Gun Rack: Number of Weapons Held: 10 (visual number)
Flamer (flame thrwoer) rack: number of weapons held, well, its varied, sometimes 2 flamers from 1 rack, sometimes just 1, and sometimes 5.

I don't know how accurate this is though.
