Unique lost

For some stupid reason, I accidentally sold Strelok's SGI550. And when I went back to the Hawaiian, it was gone.
So my question, is there a way to get back unique weapons you've sold? Because I'm stockpiling them in the personal locker now, and I kinda want Strelok's weapon back (although the FN2000 or Storm do the job to.)

I'm sure there's a cheat (otherwise known as "mod") to get it back.

If you know the item ID you can make the traders sell it, NPCs carry it or put it in a box. Since it's a variation it's probably something like sig550_m1

I don't like it much. A GP 37 is more accurate and my Thunder 14 is better at the rest.

To each his own though. I played my first time, the Ukrainian game, with the Eliminator shotgun and have not used a shotgun at all this second time.

You have to extract the resources.db* files with the Clear Sky Extractor (http://smartmodmanager.codeplex.com/releases/view/10596) then follow the instructions located here (http://sdk.stalker-game.com/en/index.php?title=Editing_trader_files).

OR

Download the item spawner located here (http://forum.stalker.pl/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=6152) and simply will it into existence with your super Stalker powers.

Edit: Okay, I might be just a little a-technical, but I don't really get how this works.
I can't seem to find the files with the extractor. When i put in the directory for resources it doesn't show any files.
I can open the .db files with notepad, but It works extremely slow.

Because it's not available since I have kept playing for a while before I noticed I sold it.
