Got a problem with cs:s getting loss even while playing with bots :o

Loss and playing with bots have nothing to do with each other. Loss is related to how much packet loss you're experiencing.

But im getting it even while my internet is disabled ? And i have checked that link for like 10times my rates are fine.
My rates are cl_cmdrate 100 , cl_updaterate 100, rate 30000. I never had loss before and my ping was always like 25 or 50. I have added some skins could it be caused by skins? or huds? Does it have something to do with what graphics im using?

Im using xp but i'll look into this thanks for help. Will edit my post and tell if it helped or not. Well since im using xp i cant find anything in my registry so this did not help. Also i played around with fps boot commands could it be just it that makes my css loss

At last !!! The loss in css has been caused by Zone alarm extreme security :o :o :o using Norton internet security 2010 now :cool:.
If any of you have loss and you have good internet connection its your rates or its your antivirus/antispyware soft that causes it.
