the game won't lunch

dear ubisoft,
i seem to have some kind of a problem: when the games lunches it gives me an error that i seldom get when i compile c++ programs.
anyway the game won't lunch. it collapses and terminate itself like a ♥♥♥♥ty c++ program heres the screen shot:

by the way i use Microsoft visual c++ 2010 express if it matters in any way.
