PS3 Account on MW2 Computer

am PlayStation 3 Modern Warfare 2 player with level almost 70 ;)

but am asking is it possible to log in using the same account on PC Modern Warfare 2 ?

i dont want to start from lvl 1 again :S :o

No, you need a Steam account for MW2 on PC, and there's no way to transfer accounts between platforms.
