Overlay Not Working

Hey all.

Just thought I'd mention that the Steam overlay doesn't work when "3D Acceleration" is turned off. With it on, it works fine, but with it off it doesn't work at all.

Dunno why. Any ideas?

I have to turn the overlay off in order for the game to run at all (and dozens of other games).

Using Win7 x64.
