Best settings (BC:2) for my Spec?

AMD peheno IIx4 965 3.4 GHz
His 5770
2gb ddr3 ram
windows 7 64bit

I currently recieve between 20 and 70 fps (average being around 45).
Big range.

Effects such as smoke drag my fps right down.

1080p is the only res i can play at, since its connected to a 32" tv and anything below that looks blurry.

I think its using dx11, but what is the difference between the dx10?

And also when sprinting or driving a vehicle, even though the fps is quite high (around 50) it still seems to be stuttering?

Set it to DX9. DX10 and 11 are poorly implimented imo. I can hardly run DX10 or 11 with my i5-750, 5770 1gig card above 40 FPS(reaching lows of 15fps =/)

At DX9 you can max EVERYTHING, I get an average of 70FPS in DX9, all maxed.
