Tie Victory Bug

I was playing a 6 player Annihilate game on the Argus map and the unimaginable happened, there was a draw as me and my opponent destroyed each others last base at the same time. There was only the two of us left as the other n00bz quit or lagged out and I don't think the game was prepared for a tie victory so it just stayed there without announcing the winner of the match. I could still chat with my opponent and it didn't crash but trying to get back to desktop was slow.

Happen to anybody else?
