I found out tonight that they are all pirates/CSS free down-loaders.
Typed status in console and it was pathedic.. i was the only one with a real steam ID. I quit.
Everyone one of them said that the website they got the CSS from had the SHOW ALL RADAR hack.
When i asked about VAC they said "whats vac"? I quit CSS i guess..

huh , i run a server with steambans VAC and detocs , and i believe detocs has function of kicking steam_id_PENDING clients , so there are no non steamers (at least on my server)

also : i've never seen non steamer on VAC secured server

The server where you were on, was non-steam aka illegally hacked one to allow freeloaders to pass in. You should just change to another server and you won't see these idiots. They cannot get into the actual servers that are legit.

I laughed, a lot. That is not the case, unless you have pirated css with that "custom server list". Everything related to this non-steam thing is not legit. You should find better favorites then.

The server could be modified to allow users with and without Steam and legit game.
I haven't seen any cracked CSS users on legit servers so far, only twice or max 5 times joined server which allowed cracked CSS players by finding servers randomly to play on.

People who own css can join into regular and cracked servers. People who do not own css (that pirated it) can join only to cracked servers. VAC is only anticheat, it isn't anti piracy software.

I don't really see your "big" issue here. Any game you play, there will be those people who try to hack to place a copy of it free on the internet.

And out of all the servers I play, none are IP'd like the ones you have. Try to find better servers.

You can't ban them because there is no account to ban.
VAC only bans the account.

And as ICantShoot said server must be modified to allow cracked game users.

Ahh ok then. Well from all the time I've played (since launch) I haven't been on those server, as I only enter servers with VAC up. Now that I have my fav servers, and friends I stick away from servers like that, as this user can do as well. Resolves the problem.
Well I have filtered my server browser so it only shows secured servers and still it can show servers which are modified to allow pirated CSS players...
If they can modify server to allow users with Steam and without they can easily fake their servers VAC status for master server list stuff...

ive been on a few of these. never cared for it but when i join it shows vac secure. One admin told me the reason they do it is so that the server is always full. Than 2 min later i saw an admin aimboting and that was if for there. Some servers show non-steam or cracked in their name. Now Any like this or any i go in that there is cracked steam id's in i just leave.
