stuck at the beginning

on something stupid I'd warrant.

I'm not getting what I'm supposed to do with him breathing vapor and the zombies in the "otherworld" i guess it is gyrating around him making puke noises.

The only button that seems to do anything is Q but it doesn't actually do anything and I which I have nothing in my inventory.
I can't move or run anywhere and don't seem to be able to anything but move that little red bar up and down which also does nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

ok you need to Hold down "q" when your red meter is in the middle you will pop into the demon world. at his point in the game just stand there and watch u will get weapons later.

Hold Q and when the bar is partially full, left click to activate the power.
