The only times I lose a point is when I make a double-fault, the opponents are horrible in this game. The only challenge was in the minigames, but I've beaten them all.

The leveling up takes forever, and all the games end with the opponent not taking a single point. That goes for the doubles too. I tried participating in a charity event, and being an amateur with the rank ~90 I played the third best professional player, Chestakova or something like that. She sucked as bad as the other players and I beat her in 20 seconds again, she didn't score a single point.

I don't see the point of this game, maybe someone can enlighten me? There's no challenge at all, to climb to top1, it just takes forever, because the leveling is so slow.

I think it will take a while to reach challenging opponents in World Tour because progression through the ranks is so slow. I found the reason the game wasn't challenging in exhibition mode, was because the game always resets difficulty to easy. Try putting difficulty in the advanced match options to very hard and you'll have a challenge.

Federer on very hard is near invincible.

Plus i've found a way to hit the ball out! The only way this can happen is when defending from a strong shot or smash volley. If you don't deflect it right, it will actually go outside the lines. Crazy... I know :)

Move the game up in difficulty and it becomes clear why the designers opted for you not to be able to hit the ball out deliberately. This would spoil the speed of play and at higher difficulties, you will most definitely find yourself hitting the ball out due to the skill of your opponents.

This game has so many layers that you don't realise when first playing. Anyway, try very hard and tell me what you think! Btw, when you play against harder opponents, the choice of shot becomes very important and is the difference between making a shot or allowing the opponent to take advantage of a poor shot.

yea, I tried setting it to very hard and I actually got the challenge I needed. At least now I know that at one point it will become interesting so I guess I'll slowly continue to play.

actually, is it worth it becoming the top1 player if the difficulty in the career mode is still set to easy?

I don't think it is worth playing just to become number 1, but I enjoy playing the game for the challenges and it sounds sad, but earning money to unlock new outfits and gear:D

Plus there are many tournaments my ranking doesn't allow me to enter and fancy dress competitions, so a lot to do.

Plus hopefully I'll get another xbox360 controller, then I can challenge people in RL.
