Chaos Sc bug...?(Also unbalance issue)

1.The bug of fireball(Let The galaxy burn!) and doombolt. I am not sure if it is only me but I did experience sometime when I use these ability,there is only the animation of the casting but did show up but not the skill itself.

2.Have anyone try out the "Daemonic Gift of Sustenance"(the lvl 19 wargear of chaos sc)yet? Personally I think that at this moment it is pretty Op, especially when it is combined with doombolt and warp, it is somehow make u have unlimited energy(every hit u deal to enemy , u gain equal ammount of energy to the damage u done)
So here is what I think what they should fixed around within the next patch,what do you guys think?

First, the blue is really hard to read without highlighting, didn't need to add the colors to it.

To your first problem, that happens with a couple of skills/weapons, seems to be related to if you target a unit and it dies, it won't fire. Happens with the bio plasma of the Hive Tyrant, and the plasma cannon for the Space Marine in this manner.

Can't comment on the second, haven't gotten my Sorceror that high yet.
