lol yet on the C&C forums they are saying its that because it was reviewed by someone that wants it like the old ones.

I really enjoyed the multiplayer beta. Yes, its not a graphically enhanced version of previous C&C game, but from what I've played of it...its not necessarily a bad thing.

no the game is pretty crappy,it deserves to bare the c&c name just as much as supreme commander 2 deservers its name..they are both nothing like there name sakes.even stripping the c&c name away you still have a very very basic rts here..6/10 is being generous if you ask me

7/10 from Gamespot and the reviewer was trying very hard to like to like it...perhaps too hard. The cutscenes seem to be all that's left to make it a C&C game.

At first games were arcadey and brainless to play, then they got harder and more complex....and now they are arcadey and brainless again...
what the hell happened?!

From what I saw in the beta and that review is that the game got incredibly dumbed down and basically just got boring in general.

I can understand the desire to innovate the RTS genre but the last C&C game was not the one to do it. Sadly it seems like the farewell to such a beloved IP will be a sour one.

It's a good review and more than fair. It's an automatic NO BUY because of the DRM anyway. Too bad!

That review was strange, he bashed the game as a whole, but then said the online experience was really great...even though it really sucks..many of us here buy games for the online experience.... so a 6/10?
An online version of Checkers is far superior than this game.

Name this game differently and people would praise it as the next best thing in the RTS genre.
