Stuck at 96% download.

Anyone else having a problem downloading this from Steam? This is my third attempt downloading and again it got stuck at 96% It just stops downloading and remains at 'Download Starting'

Happened to me as well. So try this stuff:

Go to properties and do a verification of the game cache while the download is still running. It will tell you if you downloaded it all. But it may also speed up your download.

Obviously, you can change your download server location. Try Toronto for example.

Restart Steam after pausing and then hit resume.

Also, try launching the game.
