I believe like this - C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*Your Name*\counter-strike source\cstrike folder.

Hmm that's odd. I just checked for some skins and they all said that too. Check to see if it has a readme file, or you can PM me the link for the skin and I will look into it for you.

Depends on what files you downloaded. If it are materials maps, and such, just drop it in the cstrike folder named above, but if its cstrike, then place it in -C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*Your Name*\counter-strike source\
But depends on what files they contained. Mind telling us? Then we can help you. :)

I believe weapon models should go in here...
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[Your Account Name]\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\weapons
You should extract the entire folder for the models into this location. Works for me and the same goes for player model skins and hostage skins. They all have (Or should have) their own folder within the "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[Your Account Name]\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models" folder"
If any of the folders don't exsist just create them.
Good luck ;)
