Just Cause 2 demo crashes

Hi, I downloaded the demo 3 days ago and im having some problems. The first day when I sintalled it I could only play for a few minutes until the game started to crash. Found no solution to the problem, i tried to change the settings and restart the computer but had no luck. Yesterday i decided to give it another chance and I was able to play for hours with no errors or crashes! But today I started to crash again. Anyone know what could be the problem?

System:
Quad core Q6600 2.4 GHz
4GB RAM
BFG GTX 275 OC 896MB GDDR3 Driver version: 195.62
Onboard audio: Realtek high definition audio
15' screen (1024x768)

Latest driver is 196.21, try it.
Overclocking can be the cause too.

Ok I will try to update the drivers and see what happends. The videocard came overclocked out of the box and had no problems on any games. I played lots of games like mass effect 2, battlefield bad company 2, Left 4 dead 2, Eve online, Tropico 3, DCS Black shark, Left 4 dead, Il-2 stumovik 1946, Killing floor, Assasin's creed, Collin Mcrae Dirt, and more! and never crashed. Overclocking cant be the problem it should be the drivers, gonna update them and tell u if works

I also have a BFG card.. so it isn't the manufacturer. ;)

OK it worked updated the drivers and now i dont crash anymore plus i get better performance thank you very much for your help.
This game is awesome wish i had more muney for it
