Crashes right when i get to the main menu.

I see this is a problem other people are running into, anyone know a fix yet? and yes, we all have the right requirements, this is not a very demanding game. I was just wondering what i could be, or if they are going to be patching it. Thanks.:o

Same here, been playing if for no problems since yesterday, and now everytime I launch it crashes to desktop the moment the menu shows up.
