Don't know anything about that Video Card, but you'll run the game on low smoothly.

It's a laptop. Simply put it probably won't run very well. I happen to have a similiarly specced Lenovo laptop and it struggles even at the lowest settings. Get a PC.

According to their website (http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-029450.htm), with that chip set you're supposed to be able to run games like CoD4 and BF2142. So, if I've done my homework correctly, things look good!

You should also try Can You Run it?:

Just pick a game with requirements you expect to be greater than KF, and see what the results are...

...also if someone who knows better shows up, listen to them, because i generally have no idea what I'm talking about.

This part made me smile.

Look at the clocks and compare them. :p

No ammount of help will make your laptop run KF any better.

You asked if you could run KF with that, i gave you info based on my first hand experience confirming that you can't. How is that not helpful? Sure i know you're replying to my comment on getting a PC but that really wasn't the point.

Dont know how well you will run it, but it will run. I saw screenshots of a guy running it on his little netbook over at the game's forum

Ultimately, you'll have to actually run the game and see for yourself if the performance is acceptable to play with. I used to use a generic HP laptop that ran KF at around 20-30 fps at all times and that was the best it could do after I toyed around with the settings quite a bit.

Who knows? Your laptop may very well somehow be able to run it.

UT3 uses the UE3 engine, KF is UE2.5. You could try UT2k4 but even though that's the same engine, KF has some more modern features tacked on and is generally much more beefy visually.

My buddy has a pretty dated laptop with only an integrated card. He manages to play the game just fine on low settings.

I played it on my (worse) laptop from around 5 years ago when I was missing my computer a while, it played just fine on medium settings, granted, it will run better on what you have, probably not perfect, but satisfactory

According to Dell http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/notebooks/laptop-inspiron-1545/pd.aspx?refid=laptop-inspiron-1545&cs=19&s=dhs your laptop has a Intel® Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.

I can confirm you, that it will run it. But i would set it to 1024 resolution, not 1366 just to be sure.

UE2.X engine is very flexible and can be run even on GMA950 (or a netbook in that case).

So again, yes.
