Steam CS 1.6 Problem, Need Help

Hi, I dled the CS 1.6 from steam 3 days ago and was looking forward to having lots of fun playing it. But the fps is locked to 60 when its under OpenGl for unknown reason so that my mouse' movement got delayed a lot. I typed fps_max 101 in console and turned off the Vsync but they didn't work, fps is still 60. Oddly enough, my other non-steam CS 1.6 don't have this problem, fps is always 100. Please Help!!!!!!!!!

Video Card: GF260M 1G
Operation System: win7 64bit

When I launched Counter-Strike today first time on Windows 7 it had 16bit graphics instead of 32bit, which do you have?

And first thing I would do is to delete any cracked games/software which may interfere with legit version(s).

I set it to 32bit already, didn't solve the problem. I really don't think those cracked games might interfere the steam CS at all. Cuz I have 3 different versions of CS1.6 and they work perfectly except they aren't new enough to watch HLTV and stuff. I tried typing -freq 100, -gl, -opengl32 in launcher, none have worked. Guys, I need ur help!

Be sure vsync is turned off in your 3d card's driver options. Remove all allusions to illegal stuff, it's simply against the forum rules, you risk a ban.

ok, all the other CS 1.6 are deleted, steam CS and CS are reinstalled

Problem still exists.

Now what.
