Keyboard and Mouse doesn't seem to be recognized

I purchased this game along with Just Cause when it was on sale a few weeks ago and I haven't be able to play Batman AA because of this. The only thing I am able to do is move around my mouse to look around. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Is there any way around it? Do I have to buy a 360 controller? I had problems starting this game up at first (error messages) but it seems to work since I installed DirectX, and the physX from the BB AA folder.

Do you have any controllers plugged in, or are you running with cabled mouse and keyboard? Any Logitech devices, keyboard and mouse? (They can cause some problems)

I'm using a Logitech G15. No help here or from steam and Square Enix hasn't responded yet. -.- After a week.

Any controlers plugged in like MS 360 pad, joystick or other devices

I use a G15 so the game does work with them
