To any owners of MLB 2K10, I have a pitcher in my player mode. He has the 2seam FB as the dominant speed pitch, which apparently has the max attribute rating of 99 (98MPH).
So I did a speed/control drill and got Gold, and it raised my attribute to 103 (99MPH). This is despite the "Points needed to next level" being replaced by a dash mark.
I've been pitching a few games since then and my 2S FB doesn't seem to reach 99MPH. My question is, is the added rating a fluke? Because even with the dash marks I can still add points to it for some reason.
So does that mean it's possible to get something like a 105MPH 2S FB or something?
