Pop-up won't dissapear

Every time I try to play SoC, a white pop-up box appears and blocks my game. It tells me that I need to change my settings to a different size, one that I can't get. Any help?

I'm guessing here but is it your monitor complaining that it can't support the resolution that you are using?

In a nutshell, yes. What it exactly says is: "Imput Signal out of range, Change settings to 1680x1050-60 Hz
