I got it at wal-mart for $39.99, I was really close to just getting it for PC before deciding to take a look at the price for the console version. I haven't opened the plastic wrapper yet, because I'm wondering if the PC version is actually worth the extra $20. I really can't make up my mind on whether I should return it and get it for PC, or just stick with what I got, so I wanted to ask you guys first. How much better are the graphics, and how well does it perform on PC? (my specs below). Has the DRM been giving anyone trouble?

Graphics are pretty much the same as console, except we can add lots of nice AA and high resolutions. Performs just fine on my 9600GT/Q9450/4GB RAM, your PC will run it perfect on max.
As for the DRM - no trouble whatsoever. I've played for 32 hours so far and it hasn't given me the slightest bit of trouble.

I've played it on console. It looks gorgeous on 360 even without high AA and stuff. No DRM problems plus you can return it and get some money back once you've savored the experience. Personally, I rented it and beat it in about a week. Game of the year material, no doubt, I just couldn't afford the full price at release.
In your situation I'd say just open it up and play the thing, as the game quality is tops.

The PC has the extra 2 DLCs that you'll have to buy on the Xbox360. I'm not sure on pricing but they might set you back 880 ms points which would be about 10 dollars.

Framerate on my PC is nicer too.

The price alone should justify the difference for you, it all depends on how much $20 means to you as you'll get pretty much the same experience either way.

Well bought the game for 34€ for PC pre order, the mess we at the start Ubisoft though that giving the dlc for free to us for trusting them on their DLC, if you already had the dlc you got a free game. So its just a I win for me, a big win really.
