Gosh I haven't gone through that in so long. Isn't it one you'd come up through if you fell off?

Jump the railing. That's a one way door. Said the rest of the thread.

I wouldn't quite say "fell off" Maybe a "leap of faith" ;)
Blue-Shift doesn't allow it :(

Maybe since you're playing a security guard instead of a brainy scientist, they expect you'd know better than to leap off the railing ;)

The screenshots are of Half-Life and not Blue-Shift

It'd still be the same idea though. Obviously, since there is a ladder coming UP from below, and a ledge you can fall from... and the hazard course IS designed to keep you alive and understanding the basics... :)

Isn't the Hazard Course for both games the same? I thought the only one that was different was Op4.
(Of course, I've only gone through each game once so may just be not remembering very well.)

There's some difference between the two, you will obviously not be teached how to use the long-jump module while playing Blue Shift. :p

The Blue Shift one also has a security guard hologram instead of the HEV Gina model, and of course you're given body armor and helmets in place of batteries and shield chargers.

Anyone get up in the lift where you have to hit the target? Has anyone tried to long-jump back down over the fence? You can't call the lift again ;) This is in the original and not Source version
