Street Fighter 4 online server doesn't work

i can't play street fighter 4 today, seems like online server are closed, im on pc and in france.

im in new jersey usa, i cant create a game in ranked/player/ or championship match and everything is really laggy... what's going on?

I wonder whats going on, becuase I can see my self when I go to search for quick game in player match.

This is the future of all games that use consolized matchmaking with no direct TCP/IP support. Good luck playing your games in 10 years when the servers are permanently offline.

Also, hey DomMafia. I used to play ETQW on ESM's servers a few years back. Message me on Steam if you want a game of SF4 (same username there as here).

Just tested this by creating a player match from the southeast US. Seems to be working fine here. I'm guessing this resolved itself in the 8 hours since the last post?

Private matches works fine when you invite someone to join your game. Public matches doesn't work. Can't join any matches nor can I host public match.

Alright, after dealing with Capcom support for a couple of days, this is what I got:

"We have discovered the problem. Microsoft has informed us that they seem to be running into an issue with Xbox Live & Game for Windows Live which is affecting our game. They have informed us that they are working on a solution but have not given us an exact time frame. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

CAPCOM Customer Support"
