mo speed limits on US layouts

anyone know why i might not have speed limits on my US layouts? these are the built in ones i am talking about. all my files check out fine. is this a known bug? thanks.

These are the "scripted" scenarios, or the Free Roam scenarios? All of mine have speed limits. (I know because I'm always going too fast! :eek:) Try hitting the "clear blueprint cashe" button in the Tools and Docs tab when you first start the game.
