GTA IV download error

After purchasing GTA IV I began downloading it. When I realized it would take a while, I decided to download it later and play some Modern Warfare 2. after a bit I got bored and wanted to get back to downloading, and what do I see?

I had the exact same problem. I fixed it by logging out of Steam then logging back in. Hopefuly it works for you too.
