Hosting an online game?

Does anyone know how to host an online game? I am trying to play with a couple friends since all the servers haven't updated to 1.103 yet, and the server doesn't show up in their list.

me and my friend are having the same problem, you should have the option of entering a server name

I'm having a problem where my game wont appear on the list at all.. IT's quite annoying as my friend can host with his slower connection but I can't. Were both behind routers, we have the same ISP, etc.. I dont get it, I just dont..
