Nothing could bring me back to that game.
The first playthrough was good but I am bored with the game.

The movie's stupid fun, by the way. If anyone's not seen it, go see it in 2D (the 3D is badly tacked-on) and leave your brain at the door.

First time I saw the trailer I imediatly said to myself - THIS IS A TITAN QUEST MOVIE!!
Havent seen the movie yet but probably will feel the urge once I see it :)

There is a lot more "Jason and the Argonauts" in TQ :D

I read this thread and it made me want to play the game and watch the movie.
Does that count?

It made me want to slightly, but I couldn't be bothered going through all the boring parts. IE the first two difficulties.

Movie has some of the worst acting ever.
Theres not even a titan ...

The movies to watch for Titan Quest inspiration include:
Jason & the Argonauts (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yYeZMx1Y7U) (jump to @1:30 in this clip for the Good Stuffs)
and probably any of the old stop-action animation Sinbad movies ("This is Dynamation! (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1268062456286009012#)")
The new Clash was ok - but lacked the kind of charming schlock animation you see in the original version. Some say that's a feature. In the interest of objectivity, I also prefer the '50s - '70s Godzilla movies over any of the ones from the '80s or more recent.

When I say the trailer I thought, seems to be a nice movie. And when my brother came he asked "Don't you think it reminds a lot of Titan Quest?"
And then I realised how many relations the movie, and the game had.
But when you watch the movie it's far from Titan Quest. Still the same characters such as: Meduza, Gargoyls, Giant Scorpions, And ofcourse the Titan.
The movie is great, but does not remind me of Titan Quest when I watch it.

The movie deffintley did not bring me back to TQ. However, 300 always makes me want to play more.

IMO theres only one Clash of the Titans film and its the original. Ray Harryhausen is an amazing artist. CGI characters just lack the "soul" of his stop motion creatures. If you enjoyed the remake do yourself a favor and check out the original, you wont be disapointed. You cant go wrong with any of the films he worked on but since we are on the topic of greek mythology check out Jason and the Argonauts as well. :)
