Can anyone tell me how to find the hostages/terrorists:confused: in the first round of this game?

This is the question, But what exactly do you mean?

Launch hl2.exe

Then when loaded up either click on 'Create Server' And then customize your settings and press start and play against bots ( Not online. )

If you want to play online then go on 'Find servers'
Then a massive list off servers comes up then choose the one you want to play ( You can see how many players there are in the server, map, ping etc )

Maps; Since your speaking off hostages and Terrorists/CT's I think you want to play on

de_maps or cs_maps, de_ = You defuse/plant the bomb and to find the terroist's isn't hard, just run around the map and you'll eventually find them.

cs_ Here aswell go around the map and search for the hostages untill you find them or look at your radar they should be there somewhere.

I can see the hostages on the radar screen, but I can't get in the room where they are, how do you open the doors? By the way I'm playing in offline mode.
